This is one of the greatest restaurants of all times. Don't forget your coupons to sweeten the already ridic good deals. :P Heaven on Earth.

Very very slow service to start off. I only see one waiter working. The other one is sitting at the counter. Maybe that's why it's so slow. The food however was really good. I had the triple burger and French Fries. Had a side of onion rings with a coupon for $.99. My burger was hot and onion rings and French fries were hot and crispy.

The Steak and Shake on US 19 in Port Richey, FL is the absolute WORST Steak and Shake we have ever ate at. It is run by complete idiots and they could NOT get an order correct if their lives depended on it. They brought out 4, yes 4, MELTED milkshakes, the entire order was wrong 3 times! This was one visit mind you and no, they were not busy. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes before they finally got the order right. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go to this Steak and Shake on US 19 in Port Richey, FL. You have been warned..

Today was probably the 8th time I have brought my grandmother here because it makes her happy to have a burger and milkshake. Reminds her of the good ol' days I guess. Today was the end of my patience, and we will be driving to the much more efficient, friendly, and clean location in Trinity by Target from now on despite it being much further. The female manager working late nights is always nasty, and she clearly has no idea how to staff people, or at least get them working efficiently. I say this because the floor is always sticky and brown in spots under and around the tables as well as the entrance, the ketchup/salt/etc. is always sticky, one night we waited over 45 minutes for a stupid basic burger and bowl of chili, and when you talk to that female manager about any of it - she puts on a snippy face and attitude as if you are crazy for expecting good service. Today I just gave up because we ordered a footlong chili dog and got a footlong piece of bread slobbered with chili juice. Basically I had hot-dog soup. Pointed out that the picture shows a footlong with the chili, etc. as a topping and not a mountain of slobber. Unsurprisingly, the manager just looked at us with a rude face (despite us being overly kind about the frustration as usual) and said "I'll be right back with a fork and knife." Right. Because that solves the problem of serving us something far from the picture, and us being dissatisfied. My poor sweet little Grandma explained that she wanted what was in the picture because she likes holding her hotdog. Manager did not care for what she had to say. Came back with a fork. No discount. Nothing. No genuine apology. I posted a picture of what we got versus what they advertise. Oh, and the fries are always cold. Must make them on big batches and let them sit there. Chili bowl was watery and funky tasting. Anyways, this chain can be good. This location is just a horrible immature nightmare. Positive thing about this visit? Nice waitress. Normally though, they get lost and forget you.

We've been here when we first got here with the family last year. And oddly it was good. This time. Eww. Fries are like little dried matchstick nightmares that are too salty. I had mini sliders, buns were dry, toppings nasty and i was like weres the beef? Our son had this burnt hot dog with a dry bun. Kids eat anything, he didnt want it. Husband had the Prince of Royal burger. Really?? This thin dry burger with an overcooked egg on a dry bun? That's Royalty? Milkshakes were so sweet it was like cold sweet sugar, not even a treat of enjoyment. When we left, our son was like..."Look Mommy they are open 24 hours" I said yeah 24 hour grease amd sugar. Bucks waisted, never to return here. Sucks.

I frequent this establishment with my husband and kiddos. The server is always good. The food is always good. This most recent time, on the other hand, we had the honor of dealing with the world's most rude manager. My husband was paying using their new app. There wasn't enough money loaded into it to post the full bill, so he paid ten on our debit card. To his own fault he did the math wrong for the tip and it charged our card another $.18. It should be noted that he was quick to admit his mistake and apologize to her. But rather than just laugh it off, she suggested that we didn't have enough money in our bank account to cover the remaining $.18 owed. Yes, that's right, she actually said that. My husband got out his phone showed her our available balance. Being several thousand dollars that day, she had nothing to say. Not even an apology. I was incredibly unhappy with the attitude of the manager to say the least.

Always out of Chili late night. I was told not to order through the drive through because they were too busy and it would have taken at least a half hour. The management here is atrocious.

Steakburgers and shakes. Went through the drive-thru, and was pretty quick for what we ordered. Everything was a-ok, just the way Steak n Shake should be.

I don't even know why I'm giving this one star . I didn't even actually get to eat anything. Upon arrival we were seated promptly. As we waited for somebody to come over and offer us drinks or anything for that matter 10 minutes had passed as we got up and left without being asked one question. Great service good job guys.

My husband and I stopped at this Steak n Shake after playing some mini-golf at the Congo down the street. He didn't want to go there but I beggggged because I really wanted Steak n Shake. I was so disappointed! When we walked in I was shocked by how sticky the floor was. My flip flops were literally stuck to the floor and I had to peel them off the ground with each step. I don't think they've mopped in a really long time! I asked the waiter if I could get fries and onion rings, but they only gave me the onion rings. Not sure if they charged for the fries or not though because my husband paid the bill. I don't think we'll be going back there.
